Reservation Deposits

A reservation deposit is required to hold a puppy of your choice.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the reserved puppy.
• A reserved puppy will be marked as unavailable to other families.
• Remaining payment must be completed before pickup or delivery unless otherwise agreed upon.

Puppy Health Guarantee

Every puppy from The Pomeranian Paws is examined by a licensed veterinarian before leaving for its new home.

Each puppy is provided with:

• Veterinary Health Record
• Vaccination Record
• Deworming Record
• Health Guarantee
• Care Instructions

Our goal is to ensure every puppy is healthy and ready for a successful transition into their new family.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• We are unable to provide the puppy you reserved.
• A veterinarian determines, before delivery or pickup, that the puppy is not fit to travel.
• We are unable to fulfill your order for reasons within our control.

When applicable, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind after placing a reservation.
• Changes in personal, financial, or family circumstances.
• Housing or landlord restrictions.
• Allergies discovered after adoption.
• Failure to research the breed before purchasing.
• Delays caused by weather, airline schedules, or transportation providers beyond our control.
• Minor differences in size, coat color, markings, or personality as the puppy grows.
• Normal adjustment behaviors such as shyness, house-training needs, or settling into a new environment.

Returns

Because of the health and safety of our puppies, we generally do not accept returns.

However, if extraordinary circumstances arise and you are no longer able to care for your puppy, we encourage you to contact us. Depending on the situation, we may be able to assist with guidance or discuss possible options.

Our priority is always the well-being of every puppy we raise.

Delivery Fees

Delivery and transportation fees are generally non-refundable once travel arrangements have been confirmed or completed.

If delivery must be canceled before travel begins, any applicable refund will depend on the transportation provider’s cancellation policies.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your reservation before your puppy has been scheduled for pickup or delivery.

If approved:

• Any eligible refund will exclude the non-refundable reservation deposit.
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Health Concerns After Adoption

We encourage every family to have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.

If your veterinarian identifies a serious health concern covered by our Health Guarantee, please notify us immediately and provide supporting veterinary documentation so we can review the situation.

Limitation of Liability

Once a puppy has been accepted by the buyer, The Pomeranian Paws is not responsible for illnesses, injuries, or health conditions resulting from:

• Accidents
• Improper nutrition
• Lack of veterinary care
• Environmental conditions
• Neglect or abuse
• Failure to follow recommended care instructions
